Rhae Buckley is the owner/CEO of Agape Solutions, Inc. (dba PrideStaff Phoenix Metro – Goodyear),
a full-service staffing company. Rhae is a management graduate of ORU and has done
graduate work in human relations and business. Rhae has led global human resource
efforts across diverse organizations spanning the medical and food services sector
through manufacturing and logistics. Rhae currently serves on the ORU Alumni Board
of Directors. Rhae has worked in human resources for over 30 years. He holds a Global
Professional in Human Resources certification and Senior Professional certification
and is proficient in Lean Continuous Improvement. Rhae has also served as a church
elder for three churches. Rhae and his wife, Debbie, of 37 years, have three children
and five grandchildren.
