PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The College of Education offers you the unique opportunity to graduate in four years with dual certification. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education enables you to teach first through eighth grade in most subject areas, except 7th and 8th grade math. The additional certification in English Language Learners equips you to work with ELL students at all grade levels in the U.S. and internationally. Aligned with national and state standards, successfully completed programs lead to Oklahoma Teacher Certification and can be transferred to other states as well as internationally.
