Christopher “Chip” Bozek graduated from ORU with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1987. As a student, he worked at the three visitor centers. After graduation, he worked for the American Cancer Society and then taught English in China for three years. After receiving his master’s degree, he moved to Japan where he has lived for the past 31 years. Christopher and his wife, Satomi, have two bilingual children, Cole and Elena. Christopher and Satomi are leaders in a Japanese Assembly of God church. Christopher teaches English at Kitami Institute of Technology on the northern island of Hokkaido.
