Card Production and Classification

Surname changes must first be made with the Registrar. If the name change has been
made at the Registrar but does not yet show on the Eagle Card database, proof of name
change will be required. Proof may be marriage license or divorce certificate or an
old Eagle Card along with a new driver's license.
First and middle names may be switched before the Eagle Card is printed at the request or the cardholder. Common nicknames are also permitted at the cardholder's request.

Your first Eagle Card is free. In the event that your card is lost or stolen, a $20 ($10 for staff and faculty) fee will be assessed to students payable by cash, check, credit/debit card or Eagle Bucks. Payment must be made when card is issued. You must have a valid and current driver's license, state issued ID, passport, or other form of official identification in order to be issued a new ORU Eagle card.
