Listed Cost vs. Actual Cost

It’s important to remember that your actual cost is what’s left over after you include all financial aid opportunities - scholarships, grants, loans, etc. - listed on your financial aid offer. Chances are, your actual cost may be significantly lower than the listed cost. Knowing the difference doesn’t have to be hard. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Graduate School Tuition (2024-25)

Full-time for programs within the Graduate School of Education is 6 credit hours per semester and 12 credit hours per year (Fall and Spring). The cost per credit hour is $850.

Modular Courses

Please note: If you plan to enroll in modular courses, this will result in lesser budgetary allowances for living expenses. The per diem for modular students’ lodging/meals is $122 per day, with an additional $500 travel budget per trip to Tulsa. If you plan to enroll in online courses, there will be no allowance of housing/food/travel allowances in your financial aid package.


Leveling Courses

Some programs may require you to complete leveling courses if you did not complete courses during your master’s program that are needed for enrollment in a specific doctoral course.
