ORU OUTCOMES
COB
The Fenimore & Fisher College of Business (COB) has identified five learning outcomes that are shared across all undergraduate majors and that support the institutional learning outcomes. These five mission-aligned, shared outcomes are: Christian Worldview, Business Knowledge and Application, Oral Communication, Teamwork, and Written Communication. Each major has also identified learning outcomes specific to the discipline. Outcomes for online programs have been developed to generally mirror the outcomes for similar residential programs. Goals, outcomes, and competencies for each program are detailed in a Program Outcomes Matrix. This matrix also indicates the course where assessment will take place. Program matrices and alignment with institutional outcomes are provided in the documents below.
